In response to complaint, Customer did purchase 2- Sumitomo HTR Enhance L/X P225/55R600AA on 11/19/Customer was recommended to get an alignment done at the time of tires were installedThese tires do come with a 70K mile warrantyThe warranty on theses tires does state: Tire uniformity is guaranteed for the first 1/inch of wearMaterials and workmanship are warranted for 70k warranty and include free replacement during this time period or until the tire reaches its final 2/inch of tread depthOur certified technician did look at both tires and noted alignment wear on both of tiresOur manager, [redacted] ***, had been out on "Family Medical Leave" last week, during the days that customer states, only returning today 6/12/on part time basisShe will be happy to help in any way possibleIf tires are covered under manufacturer warranty, the issue can be addressed through the warrantyIf the tires are not covered under manufacturer warranty, due to alignment wear, the customer would need to address this complaint with the company in which the alignment was completedAs stated before, our manager will be more than happy to help in any way

In response to complaint, Customer did purchase 2- Sumitomo HTR Enhance L/X P225/55R16 600AA on 11/19/2016. Customer was recommended to get an alignment done at the time of tires were installed. These tires do come with a 70K mile warranty. The warranty on theses tires does state: Tire...

uniformity is guaranteed for the first 1/32 inch of wear. Materials and workmanship are warranted for 70k warranty and include free replacement during this time period or until the tire reaches its final 2/32 inch of tread depth. Our certified technician did look at both tires and noted alignment wear on both of tires. Our manager, [redacted], had been out on "Family Medical Leave" last week, during the 3 days that customer states, only returning today 6/12/2017 on part time basis. She will be happy to help in any way possible. If tires are covered under manufacturer warranty, the issue can be addressed through the warranty. If the tires are not covered under manufacturer warranty, due to alignment wear, the customer would need to address this complaint with the company in which the alignment was completed. As stated before, our manager will be more than happy to help in any way.

It's obvious in their response they are trying to "pass the buck" so to speak as this being an alignment issue...which is not the problem because it had a 4 wheel alignment done on 11/21/2016, which was 2 days after the tires were put on. In fact it was aligned by a well established business they recommended. All we want is for someone to make good on these brand new tires with a 70k mile warranty. That are clearly wearing in 15k miles.
