The contract does not state any warranty on the stucco wall, as this issue is a regular maintenance issue that is maintained by the customer. This customer was contacted multiple times via e-mail and by phone.   Also presented in the e-mail response sent was an alternative option that was provided to help resolve this issue at company cost, to continue providing the very best service for our customer.   We understand that your fence provides privacy to your home setting and is an investment.
