Review: I paid for a year's service of my spa, aqua blue has not performed their obligation which I paid for. They haven't been here, they refuse to return 6 plus phone calls and won't respond to e-mail/voicemail.

I bought the spa from them and now they won't show up to service the spa.

I respectfully request they refund my $480.00Desired Settlement: Refund my $480.00 I paid in full for 1 year service.

Review: 9/15/14 Aqua Blue came down and looked at my coleman spa, [redacted]. I was charged on my visa a total of $185.00 for service call, 1/2 hour labor and 2 pump seals. Was told they would come down later that week and install seals. No calls or show. I called again on 9/22/14 talked with [redacted], he stated he had to order seals and would be down end of week to install them. No call back or show up to do work. On 10/1/14 called and left message on [redacted] phone asking about seals and when he would be down to do repair.. No call back. On 10/3/14 called my visa company, explained work was not done but charged on 9/15/14 and they have for the time removed my charge of $185.00 to Aqua Blue. They advised me to call [redacted] back and let him know I was disputing his charge and to call me back by Monday 10/6/14 or I would have to hire another company to fix my spa. He has not called back or showed up to do the work. I had no choice since he would not return my calls to hire another company which I did this morning to fix my spa. I will now have to pay them to come down and replace the seals which Aqua Blue has not done in 3 weeks.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure that I am credited the $185.00 charged by Aqua Blue for not doing the work or replacing the seals. I am out 3 weeks of having my spa repaired and had to hire another company to come down to do the necessary repairs. Which when I called them this morning they stated they have had many calls from customers with Aqua Blue about being charged on their credit cards and Aqua Blue not calling back or repairing their hot-tubs. The new spa company I contacted this morning is [redacted], their number is [redacted] and I talked with [redacted] and [redacted], I also sent them pictures of the spa pumps with the date on camera proving that Aqua Blue has not been down to fix them. The visa company also asked for pictures to prove my case.
