I would give them starts if I couldThis company was assigned to me by American Home Shield (AHS)First, trying to reach them is a nightmareThey don't answer the phone neither respond to emailsWhen they finally go to the house, they produce a "non make sense" diagnostic with the purpose of having you to paid the repair to them since it will not be covered by AHSIn my case, Aqua Brite of FL diagnosed that pool filter media was clogged and it was causing a water loose via the plumbing nippleDoesn't make any sense, right??? Well, that what this company diagnosedAlso, they told me that since it was not covered by AHS, I would have to paid them $150+ to repair the plumbing leakis that a scam??? I think it is
I called AHS and present a claim against this companyAHS sent another pool repair company without another service feeBasically, the new company discovered the problem and it was not caused by a clogged filter as Aqua Brite diagnosedTHIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDAVOID THEM AND IF AHS ASSIGNED THEM TO YOU SERVICE REQUEST, CALL AHS AND THEY WILL SWITCHED FOR ANOTHER COMPANYTHIS COMPAMY IS AWEFUL

On a pool pump replacement in late June, our home warranty company (AHS) sent [redacted] from Aqua-Brite of FL Inc to inspect and repair. While replacing the pump, [redacted] noticed our pool HEATER was rusting (14 years old) and told my wife it was caused by our in-ground sprinkler head spraying on it. I found it unusual that a tech would make a statement like that without first concluding the sprinkler was indeed spraying on the unit because had he checked, he would have found the spray pattern, like ALL of our sprinkler heads, spray away from the house and this one in particular AWAY from the heater. Because of his improper assumption, I no longer have coverage on my pool heater and will now be responsible for the replacement costs of $2,000. I have to wonder if [redacted] is looking for parts to condemn and save the warranty company money on future claims as he would not return my calls (2) when I left messages to discuss his diagnosis.
