months ago they were suppose to send some one out to take of my complaint with the grout on the walk in tub which is all cracking around the top a purchased tub in feb of the grout is all cracking around the top of the tub and also some on the sides and floor worried about a moisture problem two months ago they were going to send someone out to look at it as soon as someone was in our area now I cannot get a hold of anybody they keep sending you to the voice mail, but they say it is full.purchase date 1-14- contract no [redacted] we paid 16, that was for a full bathroom remodel, which has not been satisfactory we had to hire outside people to do some of the fine tuning
