Aqua Chiropractic & Day Spa

Never notified that my card that was on file expiered. So what do they do they keep attempting to charge it and collect return charges to add to my bill as well. Told that it is all automated and that it sends out emails. Never once did I receive a email saying my card was expired please come and update it. They could not even make a phone call or even send out a nice letter stating that it is expired and needs to be updated. Only good that came out of it is that they waved the return charges.
