Aqua Clean Pool Service

We have had Aqua Clean Pool Service since we first built our pool 5 years ago. They kept our pool in great condition and for a very reasonable fee. We are not there full time and when something doesn't look quite right, around the house, they give us a call. Last year when our house was broken into, they were the first to notice and contact us and we were able to catch the person reasponsible because of their initial phone call. I would high recommend there service.

Fair honest and great to work with. [redacted] and his team have made the process of repairing our pool painless and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone in need of anything pool related. Great company!

HORRIBLE Service, and the owner John is very rude and unaccommodating. We paid over $300 to bring our pool from green to blue and almost $100/month to keep it serviced. He told my husband in person that we needed a new pump and it would cost us $2200.00. Our pool was clear and blue and we were happy until just recently we came home to a very green pool again. I immediately texted him to ask for service and assistance. HIs reply was " I told your husband it needed a new pump". I responded simply requesting an Emailed quote in writing with an outline of the services. He text back again what was wrong then stated :" This is wasting yours and my time". That was it for me! We are the customers and this is the worst pool service experience, service level, experience I have had in a long time. Furthermore, We had 3 other Pool Companies come out to assess our now Very Green pool again. ...only to find out we have a leak in the filter and its getting repaired for $164!!! We had our pool serviced for 2.5 years from a very trustworthy gentleman and NEVER had any issues. As soon as Aqua Clean Pool Service came out we have spent over $700 on them to be told we are wasting their time and to find out they are just trying to cheat us out of $2200.00. ** DO NOT USE THEM[redacted]
