Recently came to this establishment on August 1, 2018, to have my year old daughter’s teeth clean It’s seems like perhaps there were changes in staff and management because I’ve been a patient there for a year and I have notice a difference in the friendliness of staffSome are nice and some are there just for a jobThe major issue I have is their policy regarding when a child can be separated from their parents during the cleaning of their teethOne of staff members basically told me my year old daughter would be more comfortable having her teeth clean without me presentWhen I pushed that I felt uncomfortable with her being separated from me during the cleaning, her response was perhaps I would feel better taking her to another doctor and they would be happy to do a quick cleaning in the front but they need to give her fluoride in the backI decline because I was already upsetI really hope they did not take credit for cleaning her teeth and providing fluoride because they only took pictures
