Review: I contracted Aqua-Dri, B.W., Inc., Lic # [redacted], to install a French drain system in my basement to prevent surface water in the basement on 11/09/2010 at a cost of $6000. Their service was to provide us with a completely dry basement, free of any surface water. This proved to not be the case. Soon after, I continued to have surface water in the basement, which prevented me from finishing the basement. After several attempts to contact Aqua Dri to no avail, I had to contract a second company to correct the issue. They added new drainage in addition to Aqua Dri's, which has since corrected the issue. This cost me an additional $1500. My contract with Aqua Dri states, "Aqua Dri Waterproofing, Inc. service warranty provides free labor and fee material for the areas contracted for the entire period of time in which the customer holds title to the property against water penetration (water management)." They did not adhere to their contract. As well as this, they also promised free cleanouts of the drain system once a year. This has not happened once.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for what I had to pay to the second contractor to correct the water penetration issue.
