Review: I have left a couple of messages asking for a repair over a month ago and did not get a return call. Now when I call the machine says the voicemail box is full. This has been several more weeks now. I am concerned.Desired Settlement: The sprinkler system repaired.

Review: We have tried contacting Aqua Duck at least 8-10 times regarding our lighting system. They installed our outdoor lighting system 2 years ago. The quality is inferior. Every month or so a new light would stop working. They have been here several times replacing bulbs. However, I have not been able to reach them for the past few months. Now we have more lights out than we have that work. I paid them for their past services. Which, in hindsight, I never should have since they sold us an inferior product. Owner ([redacted]) cannot be reached at this time. Company phone number is disconnected. No one responds to emails.Desired Settlement: Repair, replace or reimburse for inferior product.

Review: We had our sprinkler system installed last year in the fall by Aqua Duck and thought everything was installed as we were explained a few weeks prior by [redacted] who owns the company. This meant that the sprinkler heads were supposed to be the PGP Ultra. We trusted the install and did not question the sprinkler heads.

This spring as we turned on our sprinklers for the first time and when we looked at all of the sprinklers and sprinkler heads to ensure they were working properly. Majority of them were working with the exception of one. We have made multiple attempts to contact Aqua Duck for correction since May 1st, 2015 however they have gone unanswered for. Additionally, in looking at each head we noticed that the heads installed are the PGP 360 series, which is approximately 12 years old. As per our contract, PGP Ultra sprinkler heads were supposed to be installed and not PGP 360. We would like the heads to be updated to the PGP Ultra series as agreed upon during our meeting and in the documentation that was provided by Aqua Duck.Desired Settlement: We would like the sprinkler heads to be replaced to the PGP Ultra as was agreed to. In addition, we would like the sprinkler that is not working correctly adjusted as its covered under the 5-year warranty.
