I was only going to place one call each day. I could not write to or go to their "corporate" office as their return address was only the address for the car wash itself which no one is at.  Their letterhead didn't contain any location information and they have no Internet presence except for the address for the location in Enola, PA.  This only added to my frustration from their "solution" to the matter ($30 in codes), the damage to my car, and the ongoing stuff I commented on when we spoke.  Hopefully, they see the logic in my refusal to accept their codes and reimburse me for this expense.  I would love if they would reimburse me as well for the $12 car wash as my car was NOT clean in areas that should have easily been touched by the equipment.  I know on this type of vehicle, the area under the fin on the back window never gets touched, a major design flaw by [redacted] and I always end up cleaning that by hand.  I even pointed these areas out to the man I had to meet to take my statement and since the place is under surveillance it should be easy to see me do that.   That area is not what I am talking about, I am referencing other areas that are not blocked by anything. That is on them, I am just going to hope for the best and expect the worst.Thank you,[redacted]
