They dont answer and system probably ain't doing the job right.
They haven't send the soaps and all the items they promise.
DONT EVER GET THIS SYSTEM. NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT! I have called the salesman he no longer works there. Called his boss in totowa NJ. He wont come here I asked for name of someone who could fix it he didnt know anyone

If I could give them zero stars I would! These people are a scam and a ripoff. They do not care about their customers. We gave them $10,000 cash for 2 systems and they promised soap, laundry detergents and cleaning agents. They also allowed me to choose pots and pans for our second unit. That was almost 8 months ago and we haven’t received not on bar of soap and not 1 pot. They came out to service it only once and we have not heard from them since. I’ve claimed several times for them to send the items promised and they never did. The systems are working ok for now but if we ever have an issue I do not know what we would do. I really think they should be shut down.
My spouse and I have been trying to reach them for over a few weeks and we have not received one phone call back. We’re to the point you want to now don’t like dealing with people who can’t keep their word we had some issues and I’ve even asked sales rep to have somebody at corporate call me that was over five days ago after my spouse had contacted the customer service line twice and nobody answers the phone now we’re beginning to wonder if all they care about is selling stuff and not holding their end of the bargain.l. We were told about a promotional thing well they’re not giving us the promotional at all and I will not recommend them to anybody they go back on their word is just a hoax for the amount of money that we spent we could’ve gotten a better quality and better customer service with another company
Have you reached anyone? I have been trying as well. I was looking for a location to go to and possibly see if they are flooded due to all the flooding that could be a reason but I am not sure. I have called Aqua Finance and they gave me a number, that number didn't answer so I left a message and looked up another local number. No one answers that one either, so I keep leaving messages.
I am a single female retiree. My system was installed several years ago and I have never used it because the machine was placed under the deck. They also used my electrical socket on the deck. I contacted them after a year when the payment increased. I requested that they remove the system and they refused. No one has ever followed up or came to check on the system. They put a lein on my home and I am paying 4000+ for something I don't use and I feel like I was taken advantage of. This company does not care about their customers and wish they would come get this thing and forgive my loan. Why do I have to sign in to submit this review?

Please don't read the negative nonsense - clean polished water provides advantages that will make a noticeable difference in your health, home, and budget!

Poor quality dont care about customers been talking with melissa keeps blowing smoke. Not filtering correctly been installed almost 990 days never worked right or correctly. Web site says #1 goal customer service and product quality. So not true
My husband and I purchased a water filter system from Aqua Edge on April 19th of this year. After much debate over paying $4,500 for a water system w My husband and I purchased a water filter system through Aqua Edge on April 19th of this year. A representative by the name of [redacted] conducted a water test of our home before the initial purchase. After much debate paying $4,500 for the system, we came to the conclusion this would be best for our family as I have a week old son whom I would be using the system for bottles each day. Once the system was installed on April 19th, we agreed to keep up the system by adding rock salt to help filter the water. My husband added the bag of rock salt as the company requested and could see the rock salt diminishing as it is suppose to do each day. Two to three weeks later we have noticed the container of rock salt has not moved in over 2 months. We have also noticed a brown film above the rock salt which should not be there. I have contacted the business on June 30th and made several attempts to call with no one answering the phone. I then called the next day and spoke with a lady and was told the manager would be contacting us. Two weeks later, I had not received a phone call, so I contacted the company again on July 14th saying the manager would contact us once again and she assured me this is not how they do business. We are still waiting at this point for some one to contact us. Desired SettlementWe would like for someone to come check the filter system to see if it is working properly.
