prove liability, only to see what happened when you came through. The damage on your vehicle looks as if you dragged a box or some other object across it. Again, none of our equipment can do the damage that you are claiming we did. If you still want to make a damage claim, you will have to go through your insurance company.

I find the statements made by the Aqua Express Car Wash team to be both faulty and misleading. The cameras prove liability. [redacted] reviewed the footage in hopes to show the scratch was in existence before the car wash. The cameras prove it was not there. Additionally, [redacted] stated that he thought it could be my fault; that if I hit the brakes it would have caused the machine to scratch my car. He toggled to another camera view and was frustrated to find out that I did not hit my brakes. It is very clear that the Aqua Express Car wash is responsible for the damage. I am reaching out to you as I only have liability insurance. I am retired and on a fixed income. I expect your company to treat patrons with honesty.
