Review: I found Aqua Fun Pools on the internet. The owner [redacted] came out and inspected my pool which had been damaged by Sandy, there was no liner in the pool, one side of the pool wall had a couple buckles. [redacted] checked the pool and took measurements for the liner. I questioned him about the buckling of the side wall and he told me that it should not be a problem that the water pressure would push the wall back into place when the pool was filled. A new liner was installed, a new pump and filter and was winterized. After About three weeks I noticed the water level had dropped about two feet. I called Aqua Pools and they sent out [redacted] the person that installed the liner, filter and pump. He inspected the pool and said that it looked like the side wall was out of the track and he felt the liner may have been damaged from rust on the track. I asked [redacted] to have his father call me to discuss the situation, to this day I have not received a call.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and have him come and remove everything that he had installed.
