I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI agree that the business agreed to repair issues from the accident while in their care but when my car was brought back to me I took their employee for a ride and showed him the issue I was talking about he agreed that something was bindingI also called and told the dealership that the skid plate under the car was missing, oil was quart low, power steering fluid over filled , missing bolts holding wiper shroud and from what I experience in the past, any damaged parts from an accident required new parts, ie the bumper and whatever parts damaged, and I still have same bumperI'm not able to see if backside is damaged and that just the surface was repairedI just want the car driving and handling like it was when it was brought to their business.
