Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am surprised you have been able to get any response from the hotel since they refuse to contact me in any other wayI believe the Ohia Waikiki hotel is the responsible party for all my additional costs since they are the ones that have misrepresented the hotel accommodations and amenities to HotwireOur stay at the [redacted] we learned is a sister hotel to the Ohai Waikiki Hotel as well so it seems they still had us as guests but at a much higher costThe hotels I might add are different as night and dayI still request compensation for my much higher costs and loss of my 30th wedding anniversary time because of their misrepresantationThe hotel did not even have ANY utensils or anything for a kitchen Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Ladiesand Gentlemen:I am in receipt of the complaint which was submitted on October 20, by [redacted] and assigned the above-referenced ID number It appearsMr [redacted] booked a vacationpackage through [redacted] which included accommodations at the Ohia Waikiki (the "Hotel") from August 1, through August 11, The accommodations at the Hoteldid not conform to Mr***'s requirements as represented to him by [redacted] Despite the fact that Mr [redacted] stayed at the Hotel for one night,the chargesfor his entire reservation at the Hotel were reversed to [redacted] , and Mr [redacted] received from [redacted] a refund of $1,531.09,the total amounthe paid for the vacation packageAdditionally, Mr [redacted] received from the Hotel a refundof $250.00, the total amount charged to his credit card for parking chargesIn total, Mr [redacted] receiveda refund of $1, For the remainder of his stay in Honolulu, Mr [redacted] stayed at the [redacted] and paid a total cost of $2,857.30.Mr [redacted] now demands the difference between the amount paid to the [redacted] [redacted] and the totalamount previously refundedto him ($2,857.30- $1,= $1,076.21),plus an additional $to compensate him for the two days of vacationlost due to having to relocate and deal with [redacted] The Hotel did everythingitcould to try to satisfy Mr***'s requests, including refunding all amounts received in connection with the vacation package purchased from [redacted] If any additional compensation is desired by Mr [redacted] for his inconvenience,such compensation should be requestedfrom [redacted] ,which is the entity with which he made his original reservations.Sincerely,Associate GeneralCounsel
