DO NOT fall for this smooth talking crook He sells inferior shutters that he paints himself and they absolutely do not hold up!!! Our shutters started peeling almost immediately and he did nothing but blame us We must have opened our windows, it must be our windows putting moisture into the shutters............really? I've had shutters in my other homes and never have we come across something like this We asked him about his "lifetime warranty" that he'd told us about during his smooth talking sales pitch He's a liar
We had to call another company to come out and they were able to salvage a few of the shutters, but we ended up having to replace several more You can see the quality in the other companys shutters Even the trim around the new shutters was SOOOOO much better And they were CHEAPER at the other company Every time I think about this I get angry

In response to the customer complaint regarding [redacted] and his 2012 Harley-Davidson Sportster.
The Service Manager received a phone call on Tuesday , April 8, 2014 from [redacted], stating that the bike won't start.
The Service Manager sent a driver and...
truck , to pick up the bike (no charge) , on April 8, 2014
Upon visual inspection, Brothers' Harley-Davidson found the motorcycle had been modified, dismantled and left in a condition of complete disarray.
1) Main wiring harness was un-attached and pulled away from the frame.
2) Majority of all wires were pulled out of the bike and exposed, with multiple cuts and splices
3) Motorcycle tank /frame/vin # , had been spray painted and unrecognizeable, for a 2012 bike. (see attached photos)
Brothers' Harley-Davidson declined involvement with repairs to the motorcycle and was deemed unsafe and un-roadworthy, based on the condition of the bike.
Brothers' Harley-Davidson has a universal security code, and the code is made privy to ALL of our clients.
Mr [redacted] has never been denied the security code, nor has he requested the code, but he can contact the dealership at any time to get it.
Motorcycle was delivered back to the customer (at no charge) on April 9,2014
Explanations and apologies were extended, along with a written disclosure, which he refused to sign
Brothers' Harley-Davidson incurred the cost of an employee and company truck , at no cost to the customer
