First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.In response for this complaint there was an special resquest for Pinol which is not stated in the contract, however we tried to give her an exchange of product since the Pinol
is not supplied in the soap products indicated for the actual soap products given with the system and the client rejected them stating she only wanted that productHowever, we were willing to offer more of the soap product that the system comes withThe check for $was a gift card that was giving with the purchase of the product like a rebate which mrs*** cashedIt is unlawful to say that we are coming from any county and all our representatives have totally prohibit to say that, maybe it was a misunderstanding, which she was entitled to verify before she did the purchaseThere is a contract signed by Mrs*** which she obtain copies and had three days to cancel and did not do soWe cannot take any system after purchase all of our equipment is brand new to all customers and we try to satisfy any concerns they might have
