Review: Aqua Lawn started my irrigation system before I switched to another Company. they had installed the inside plumbing. there was an issue shortly thereafter and Aqua Lawn tried repeatedly to get the plumber and was unable to. Eventually Steve came out himself and tried to fix the problem. He may have temporarily, but when the next season came and the new Company I had turned on the water system, I noticed my basement was wet when they were gone. I called and naturally they wanted to come back to check it out. They repaired a piece. I incurred a $95.00 repair bill. I went back to Aqua Lawn hoping for reimbursement since it was only the first season of this new system being turned on. Knowing there was a problem when it was initially installed, it seemed fair they would reimburse me for the repair. I dropped by and left the bill off and spoke to office person (Diane). It was early in the season, I was told they were very busy, and I said no problem, understood. About 6 weeks later I called and spoke to Steve and he was going to get back to me but didn't. Next few times I called he was unavailable. I sent an email stating how really great they had been up until this point, still hoping they might drop a check in the mail even though they never got back to me. They have not. It's the principal of the matter and I find it hard to believe the reputation of the Company is not worth a minor repair bill for a brand new plumbing job that had been done.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be reimbursed for the repair.
