Review: The repairman Jay evaluated my pool problem about three weeks ago and stated that the chlorinator was out so he ordered the part with Zodiac/Jandy (PLC1400 AquaLink Cell Kit) it took approximately two weeks to hear back from him or his company. I finally called Zodiac/Jandy to find out if the part was shipped to him, and yes it was confirmed and delivered on 09/10/13. I spoke to Jay by phone on 09/18/13 to see if he had already fixed the problem and installed the new Cell Kit, he said yes that the problem was fixed; he said the problem was the sensor not the Cell Kit and that everything was working like a champ. After my discovery nothing was installed or fixed. My pool system is still indicating the same problem that was supposedly evaluated. Zodiac/Jandy is currently trying to reach him but has no luck.Desired Settlement: He needs to be reported to the local authorities, we wonder how many other families he has cheated.
