To whom it may concern, I'm writing in regards to the complaint with Ms*** We typically require notification via certified mail for cancellations, but we forwent this process and canceled the install for her unit with only a phone call requesting cancellation I identified myself as the owner and told her the order was canceledThis was evidenced when no installer was sent out to her house for placement, and she was not ever again contacted about any of our products I had apologized for the way she was made to feel during the water testing and hoped to have left her at peace with her dealing with our company when I identified myself as the owner and again, told her the order was canceled Please inform Ms [redacted] she can use this missive as confirmation of her cancellation If If there is anything else you need from us to make this right, please don't hesitate to notify us Regards, Michael Ferony Owner Operator, Aqua Life LLC
