***, background-">Thank you for your help with this matter.Aqua Lily Products, LLC are the manufacture of the Aqua Lily Pad and the Maui Mat.When attending a boat show, you are usually offered a discounted price to attract consumers to the boat showWe asked them to return the product to the Dealer that he purchased it from so we can resolve the issueWe sell to our Dealers at a wholesale price so they are able to be profitable with our productsWe are unable to give the customer a full refund because we did not sell the product for the amount he or she paid.All of our Dealers and Distributors handle their own returns through Aqua Lily Products, LLCThe reason for this, is when the customer buys the product in the United States or one of the countries we serve, they can get it sooner through the Dealers and DistributorsThis also helps all of our Distributors and Dealers maintain the business they have worked so hard to gain.In moving forward with this complaint, if the customer is able to provide the Dealers contact information, i.ewho he purchased it from, then we can begin the process of moving forward in order to resolve this issue.
