Review: I had contact the said company on numerous occasions to request my refund of $483 of a motherboard that was never installed for my pool. In fact, the supplier removed a part off the board hat did not work and failed to let us know. So initially, I was going to have the refund be applied to a winter cover that I requested a quote but the supplier was still over 1K in comparison to the competitor. Then I said to the supplier I would like a refund based on the initial response that I can have the refund in either money, supplies/money or difference if we purchased a cover from them. Issue started when I said that I was going w/another supplier instead based on price and other things (ie. not being responsive) and that I would like a full refund. On several occasions, I sent texts and email and got the run around i.e. I was sick and in the emergency room, I am dropping it by, what was the amount again, etc. To my dismay, a message was relayed to a mutual colleague that the supplier stated that "She will get it when I get it". I took that as good luck getting your money. I heard through a third party that there were a handful of unsatisfied customers facing similar issues. I never withheld funding from this Supplier and even remedied a check that was supposedly stolen out of their mailbox a while back. I told the supplier that I had anticipated on taking them to small claims court but no response. So I figured I would go through Revdex.com first. I am currently unemployed and my husband is abroad so that money is essential to my household. Our money does not grow on trees. The fact of lack of communication is the worst or even discussion of a payment plan should have happened if the company is in a bad spot. But neither of that has happened. I continue to get ignored and texts unanswered. I hope you can help especially during these trying times and especially since I had to have another supplier correct what this supplier was suppose to had done and that this has been going on right after the pool was opened (just at the summer of 2014)Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in certified cashier check or money order. Cash is preferred and it can be delivered to my home. I don't trust the check (company or personal) because people can stop payment on those.
