I bought a well system from Mike at Aqua Magic about a month agoHe was so pleasant to deal with and explained everythingHe even got me financing even though my credit isn't the bestThe water in Southwest Florida is so full of bacteria and stinksI couldn't drink it before buying the systemAnytime I have a question, the staff is helpfulI would recommend this company

I and my elderly mother purchased a filtration system for our well water with an additional chorline tank to clean said filter which is supposed to mix gallons of water with one gallon of bleach in a seperate tank and it would be automatically sucked into system clean it and then expell it in waste line Origional installer was very nice and educated on system JustinThen I still had bad water in my home after install so another service man came out and worked on unitIt was using more than the ozes per cycle but water was better till each recycle it drained the whole gallon tank instead of ozI called several times and after a week of waiting a man came out and worked on it to find it did the same thing the next nightNOT FIXED So I called again set up an appointment for ThursdayThursday came and went no service manFriday I called they have no record of my calling them even though they use a answering serviceSo they came out on Monday and again it sucked all gallons out of tankI called again and told them not to send same service man out, so another gentleman came out sounded knowledgeable and told me a o ring probably is missingHe tore apart system which is very easy to do and said yes an o ring is missing on a pistonInstalled o ring and it has not used ANY CHOLORINE since so called again to wait another week for first service man to come outI left as he arrived not knowing what he did as left NO PAPER WORK and system did nothing then I found that he left the system on BY PASS SO IT WOULD NEVER WORK I not knowing if there was something wrong with system or not I left it alone and called factory they said for me to take it apart and send it to themso not it is on it's way to OhioGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

It was using more than the 8 ozes per cycle but water was better till each recycle it drained the whole 4 gallon tank instead of 8 oz.. I called several times and after a week of waiting a man came out and worked on it to find it did the same thing the next night. NOT FIXED So I called again set up an appointment for Thursday. The water in Southwest Florida is so full of bacteria and stinks. I couldn't drink it before buying the system. Anytime I have a question, the staff is helpful. I would recommend this company.
