I have been to this customer and advised her the system was working properly but her salt was bridged, which means it was stuck together. She called back 3 days ago and was scheduled for yesterday. The salt was bridged again I had the service guy use the water hose to unbridge and break up salt customer was happy. I asked her about the Revdex.com complaint and she knew nothing about it she called me this morning and said it was her daughter thay dosent even live in Florida that made complaint.

Have had issues with equipment and service with this company since date of install.
I hired Aqua Magic LLC on October 8, 2018 to replace my old well water refining equipment. The owner Mike promised me a rebuilt 10x54 sulfur filter and a rebuilt softener KDF with a brine tankfor $1500 cash. Mike offered one year of labor and five years on the system. On October 9th Cliff and his helper arrived and installed the equipment. The same night my house was having water pressure issues. The pressure guage on the equipment was showing 25psi. I called and Cliff came out on October 10th and replaced the pressure switch. Cliff broke the 1" T-pipe when he replaced the pressure switch but never alerted me there was a problem. I tried calling their office at 239-656-2782 and Mike's cell to no avail. Saturday I made the repair myself and called again Monday. I was told that Mike's cell phone was broken from a lady at his business. I told Mike the following week that we were having issues with a bad sulfur smell inside the house. On the week of 10/17 they cloronated the system, but within 48 hrs the smell returned. I have called Mike about 20 times in the past year to fix this ongoing problem with the system. After many failed attempts to resolve the issues and having a different company come out and look at the system I asked Mike for a refund but he refused stating that I had other issues like my well pump. On October 10th I hired *** to test the water and look at the system. They noted several issues such as sulfur at 3ppm, green sludge in the pipes, low media mesh in the sulfur tank. He told me that the system were not working properly and gave me a quote of $1800 to replace them.

Desired Outcome

I would love have a full refund of my purchase price to use towards a new system.

Mr. did contact me in October 2018 to put in a rebuilt *** system, that part is accurate. What is not accurate is he had problems. I have text from Mr *** dated 10/09/2018 stating that the water was 100% better than it was before we put the system in. I never heard from him again until 6/03/2019 he stated that the sulfur smell was back ,I told him that wewould be out to handle the problemand we did it took a few times but I came personally and made sure everything was fixed right and he agreed that it was working the way it should. he text me again 0n 6/24/2019 saying his pressure tank was bad I gave him a price and explained to him if it wasnt fixed it would cause the system not to regenerate properly. he said he would fix it himself. he called on 6/28/2019 said his softener was getting an error code it was reset and everything was fine. that was the last I heard from Mr *** he aknowledge that the water was fine. Im not willing to give Mr *** a refund because he had the system for over a year and every issue he had was corrected, and contrary to what he has written the system was working fine except for the couple times with odor which were corrected. His problem with phones was in the very beginining but the phones from the office are forwarded to my cell and I do answer the phone and return calls if I miss one. he isnt even accurate with the price he paid for the rebuilt system. It wasnt $1800 like he ststed it was $1500.

Mike offered a one year labor 5 year parts warranty on his "top of the line rebuilt system."
Every time I complained about my water being discolored and smelly he would send people out that don't have any experience working on water refining equipment. One of Mike's workers David Owens is a sexual offender and I have two small children at my home. David was at my home in June to fix my system. Mike should have told me about David being a sexual offender. The only reason I found out because of someone leaving him a bad review because Mike owes him $3,000 and stated that David O. is a sexual offender. Mike knows that I have kids. I will not put my family at risk knowing this information. Bottom line Mike sold a product that was not rebuilt properly. His staff are inexperienced and lack the basic skills needed to service and repair his equipment. Mike only has two employees and David has a record that prohibits him from being near children when he has to go in people's homes.

This response was provided verbally to Revdex.com:

We will honor the customer's warranty. We will not be refunding the customer any money and will not shock the well. The customer has bacteria issues in the well that were present prior to us doing the work.

The customer references an individual who he states works for me. The individual is an ex-employee, and not only that the information the customer states is false. It was taken from a false Google review written by an ex-employee.

When I hired Mike back on October 2018 he promised to resolve my water issues with his "top of the line rebuilt system." I trusted Mike to resolve my water quality issues when I hired him. Mike took advantage of me and my family by selling me a used non working system. *** inspection report dated October 8, 2019 noted there were several issues with the system and the water sulfur was tested, showing 3 parts per million. The technician Andrew called me and told me the system was not rebuilt properly and I should ask the original company to fix it. I told Andrew that I tried but they would only put chlorine through the Sulfur tank and that was all.
Mike states I have other issues with my well. I have been on well water since 2002. In that time I have never had worse water quality than I have had in the past 13 months with the system Mike sold me. Mike states he will honor the remaining warranty but he has no employee that has the skills required to fix it. I am done with Mike and his lies. All I want is Mike to accept responsibility and refund my money.

Im willing to repair or replace any parts that my competitor is claiming was not done right. I believe that the system was rebuilt properly because I oversaw the rebuild. I read in complaint that there wasn't enough media in tnr tank I called charger water whom is tnr manufacturer they also rebuild valves for me. The air is what removes the sulfur not the media there should be and I quote at least 30 inches of free board which means at least 30 inches of the 54 inch tank should be air and no more than 24 inches of media. Im more than willing to bring the manufacturer if the equipment to your home r.o verify that tnr system was rebuilt properly. And to write a detailed report of any issues. They ate not muy competitor, and will be 100 % honest to you anout the work. This is more than reasonable, and I will authorize them to make any adjustments or replace any parts that are not functioning properly at my cost. Michael N.

Michael told me that the system was rebuilt by him personally now he claims TNR rebuilt the system and he believes it was done properly. I told Michael back in June that my wife and I were expecting a baby in September and that the water quality was a health hazard that needed to be fixed by a different company because he had no employees capable to troubleshooting the problem and correcting it. I asked Mike for a refund to use towards the purchase of a new system but he refused. Mike said he would make it right once again but the water quality was still poor after he flushed the system. I pleaded with Mike to fix it but he told me I had other issues with my system that he wasn't responsible for fixing. I hired a different company that has a great reputation and everything they noted in their original report I believe to be completely accurate indicating the rebuild was not done properly. My final request is a 50 percent refund of my original purchase price. That would be $750 and I will change my review on Google in Michael's favor for making it right.

The product is not good.
I bought a sulfur filter and a HE Conditioner. It is a water system that Mike said" it is the best on the market" which is not true. I have had several problems since they installed it including a leak that they can not fix. Now they never return my calls. I am very frustrated and I feel deceived by this company. I played $5012.48 for something that does not work properly.

Desired Outcome

I want them to come and fix my system or for them to change it I should not have to pay more than $5,000 for something that is not good. I will not pay a penny more for this system.
