were not able to make the scheduled service. [redacted] received no call from them cancelling the call or informing us they had already taken care of the issue. [redacted] has a NO SHOW fee due to the cost of sending a technician. It is our opinion [redacted] should have contacted our office and cancelled the service which He scheduled. We did our job and were there at the time we were scheduled. When [redacted] called our office, one of our representatives was trying to remedy the situation when [redacted] hung up on her. [redacted] takes customer service seriously and stands ready to work with customers in any way we may be able to help. If [redacted] would like to call back we would be happy to work with him.
