We have provided an impeccable service to this woman- who you couldn't please if you tried. Everything has been done correctly and the things that were needed have been gone over with her in person several times....but she hasn't moved forward with anything that has been required as far as needed...

repairs and recommendations. There have been 2 checks issued to her-  the first one was a hand written one mailed at the post office by myself personally. I put a stop payment on that check and issued one thru Bill Pay so as to have a better tracking on it. He check had already been refunded to her before this complaint- and this complaint is so completely ridiculous I cant even tell you. According to the Bill Pay information- that check should have delivered to her already- and I will definitely be getting a copy of the cancelled check!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. But, no, we have not received a refund as of today’s date.  As the response noted that they were sending the refund by electronic transfer, I checked our account deposits directly (as we paid through the bank), but no payment has been received. If they provide the “proof” of payment that they say they have, please provide us with a copy, as we have NOT received a refund. Thank you.

The woman has been issued her payment-  if she chooses not to cash it and to continue this joke- then that is her choice.  I have sent 2 payment there now.  The last one I used the bill pay system to have a tyracking.   I cannot make her cash the checks-  nor will I continue to play this game with her.  $72 has been issued to her-  that is all I can do.  This is an absolute joke what you people are doing.  WE have taken care of that is required of me to do.  Her check has been issued the second time and as far as we are concerned this is done. Maybe you should concentrate on protecting the service providers instead of untruthful consumers that even when they get the payments still try and tear at a company.  This woman is not getting one dime more than the $72 that HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT TO HER A SECOND TIME BY BILL PAY.  I have issued another check and stopped the last one-  this is the 3rd time I have sent this and it will be the last
