Review: purchased several items at store today I went to return one item and told they do not accept returns of pool items . I have ben a customer off and on for over 25years and was never aware of or told of this policy, the stoe has no signagef this policy they have never told of this policy until today when I attempted to return itemDesired Settlement: refund

Review: I purchased an above ground pool from them with a pool heater and the heater stopped working a month after it was installed. The [redacted] is almost impossible to contact and when I do reach him he tells me to wait for service. This issue has been going on since 7/*/2014 without resolution. I've hired a pool tech to fix the problem, but he was unable to fix it. I finally found out that it was a manufacturers defect. The [redacted] called me to tell me that he would get the parts for me last week. Can't get in touch with him since. Won't return my calls to his store or his cell phone. I took it upon myself to call the manufacturer to see if there really was a problem with this model heater and he confirmed that there was. He also told me he was never contacted by Aquaplay Pools to get my replacement part. So I set it up myself, no thanks to Aquaplay. I want other consumers to be aware of the subpar business practices of Aquaplay pools and Spas Inc. And that once there is no money to be made, they are impossible to get in touch with for help.Desired Settlement: I want Aquaplay to pay the pool tech I had to hire to diagnose the issue and try to repair it. The pool techs phone number was given to me from Aquaplay who NEVER offered me warranty work which I was entitled to.
