A co-worker recommended Aqua when my the water line to my tub/shower corroded and was draining into my basement Ryan & Adam were able to come out the day I called, gave a thorough estimate, showed me the corroded pipe, and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly The entire job cost about $360, which I found to be very reasonable considering I was expecting much worse when I saw what was happening in my basement! I would definitely call them again and recommend them

I had called for a sump pump replacement. They said someone would be out there shortly. Yes, the person came in the time given. The person who arrived to perform the work was nice buy when asked for the estimate, it came to $846 for a sump pump replacement. Now I didnt know that this was a riduculous price to pay at the moment and agreed due to the thunderstorm in the area. I agreed to service which I highly regret it now and feel as if I was bamboozled, and had I known better would have either done it myself or called someone else. I feel as maybe $400-500 would be reasonable considering the price of the pump itself can range from $150-200ish for a descent brand. Add to that labor and maybe 400-500 is understandable. The job was performed properly. Yet I agreed to pay this company $846 dolllars for a job that was not worth anywhere close to that. Definitely make sure you know what it cost to for a plumbing company to solve an issue before agreeing. And I must say, my experience leads me towards never calling this company again. And I hope you too think twice before calling and getting ripped off.

Years ago Aqua Plumbing installed my flood system and has been servicing that system ever since. The company has a great work crew as well as good management.

My central air conditioning unit went out last night and of course it was very hot and humid which made for a long uncomfortable night. I called Aqua at 8:45 a.m service tech arrived at my home by 10:00 a.m. Steve (tech) was very knowledgeable and professional. Steve had my air conditioning up and running within minutes. Steve did a full inspection of my unit and ensured unit is operating properly. The capacitor needed to be replaced and a couple of pounds of freon was needed. Thank you Aqua Heating and Air for your quick response time, professionalism, and quality work. A+ service!
