Review: This complaint is regarding what I feel is price gouging and taking advantage of a customers bad situation by not offering at leased their advertised discount to senior citizens. I had requested some sort of discount due to the fact we live on a limited budget because my husband is 100% disabled veteran from Vietnam with an Agent Orange causing terminal disease, because his price of a 40 gallon gas water heater and installation was $720.00. In addition to that amount, this company was further reimbursed the cost of $315.00 of the water heater by [redacted]. That totals $1,035.00 for an installed water heater replacement.Desired Settlement: a letter of explanation as to why we were not given the senior discount, as well as acknowledgement that he (owner) is a heartless, greedy, non-patriot opportunist who chooses to profit from the misfortune of others.
