On Aug 1, Mr. [redacted] came in my store at 2 pm with a 23 piece order and requested next day am service.  He was informed that that could not happen and the order could be ready by Thurs. am.  Mr. [redacted] got a little obnoxious and informed my employee that if his request could not be met he...

would just go down the street.  Then he told my employee if the work was not satisfactory, he would make her do it over.  When I was told this I decided that I would inspect his order personally.  His order was indeed ready by Thurs am on the 3rd.  He did not come in to pick up until Friday the 4th, midday. I did indeed inspect the order personally and it was very good.  Obviously Mr. [redacted] was concerned about the quality of the work, however he did not check the order while in my store.  Four hours later, I get a call from Mr. [redacted] telling me that he had just got to his destination and what lousy work we do and just really got obnoxious.  I told him that since we weren't able to please him, perhaps it best he went to another cleaners.  He was still going into a tirade when I did indeed hang up on him.  In the 32 years I've had this business I have encountered a few folks like Mr. [redacted].  Not only may he not have a refund, if he ever should come in to my business again, he will be refused service.

I am rejecting this response because:When I picked up the clothes they were not starched correctly as I asked.  They were dry cleaned only and there was no starch whatsoever as I paid for.  The owner says it takes time for starch to build up and that's not correct.  I've been taking my clothes to a cleaners for over 30 years throughout the US and this is the worst service yet.  Bottom line is they did not starch the clothes as asked and I spent a $100 on them being dry cleaned and not starched so that's why I'm requesting a refund.  And as for the owners employee I clearly said that if they couldn't heavy starch the items I would send them back to be redone correctly and she said they could do heavy starch and there wasn't any starch at all.  The reason I just picked up the clothes and left is because I knew they couldn't do it correctly after seeing them in person and didn't want to drive 30 miles again to be disappointed.
