I am rejecting this response because:There are a number of well repute companies that sell products that are capable to do exactly the same, starting at about $ [redacted] the complete system, in fact the same model (http://www.qualitywaterforless.com/Fleck_5000SXT_s/166.htm) and (http://www.qualitywaterforless.com/product_p/ro-5-jg.htm)The more expensive set been sold by Pelican Water Systems for abut $***, again the same modelA soap suply does not justify what Aquapro Elite System charged meCan you APES finally do an itemized disclosure of the of the charges?

We have looked at the sites mentioned in your responseThe 5000SXT does not reflect the model of the unit, but the head valve only which is manufactured by FleckAs you can see, this is only a basic softener with a fiber glass tank, not stainless steel, it contains 8% cross link resin, and is not industrial resin, it is a single stage softener and not a multi stage refinerThe reverse osmosis mentioned is a generic RO found everywhere, not a proprietary brand, and is not a quick connect type of system.We do not charge customers sales tax and we only do lump sum contracts with everything included, this is why we do not itemize items received.Tell us why here

I spoke with Mr*** on Saturday May 13th We have come up with a resolution the customer was happy with We made an appointment for Tuesday May 16th to resolve this matter

We spoke with the customer back on May 13th regarding this situationThe customer called the office and spoke with one of our managers,
AdrianAdrian spoke with Ms*** but didn't get a chance to say much because she was too busy cussing at him: *** *** *** ***, your children and so onAt the end Adrian explained that she signed the paperwork times, and the bank also verified terms with her after installationWe gave the customer a discounted price and a very good financial promotion

Service Department Manager contacted customer on July 13, and scheduled a technician to go out July 14, to service the system and fix any problems.Customer was advised that all major components are on warranty at no chargeHowever, we will charge for future service calls & filters
Department Manager reported on July 17, all issues have been resolved

I have received Ms***'s complaint and called the finance company on her behalfThe Finance company hold the title to the unit as they
are responsible for billingMs*** was correct regarding the paymentThe finance company made a clerical errorThe payment will now be switched to $65/month as originally set up and they will refund the $charged over the last months ($a month for the previous two payments)The $will be credited to her August payment, so she will only be charged $that monthI spoke with *** (mr.) and he told me to call back to speak with her at 5:30pm on Friday 6/I called at 5:and left *** a messageI called again today June 25th at 3:30pm and left another message for Ms*** relating that the issue with the finance cohas been resolved

conditions of weather is the responsibility of the home owner to all plumbing, parts,
components, or equipment connected to the homeowner’s houseAs per local city advisories
have suggested, leaving a drip at your faucet will prevent freezing of the
pipesYour local news channels and weather reports will keep you up to date
when this is needed
We take great pride is serving our customersWe have been
to your home to ensure that the pipes and system are properly insulatedWe
replaced the frozen yoke and ball valveAll work was done free of chargeWe
also offered to provide a cover to help protect the system from inclement
weatherThis offer was declined, but still available to you if you decide

I am rejecting this response because:
I took all necessary freezing precautions the last two times the temperature was projected to drop below 32 degrees, and the system still froze. This is because and I am quoting your technician, "there is an inherent flaw in the system, because there is standing water in the bottom of tank and that will freeze regardless of standard insulation proceedures, including the shed offered by Aqua Pro; what should be done is installing a heating element into the system to prevent freezing". Your technician also stated that this is a common issue in all systems across North Texas. During the dates that the system froze, the public water supply did not and I was the only resident in the neighborhood that did not have access to water.

ourselves. We have been actively working with our customer who made this complaint. At the time of install the customer was asked to open a bathroom faucet to allow the plumbing lines to be drained. After full installation of the equipment ordered the bathroom faucet was not turned off and the water was turned back on for the home. The customers sink drain was partially clogged and caused the sink to overflow. This was a plumbing malfunction of plumbing that was not part of the work our installers did. The installer did not go into the bathroom, turn on that faucet, or decide which faucet to turn on. We assumed the responsibility of the leak and as stated by the customer in the complaint we paid in full for the repairs. We paid for the repairs because we did not ensure the faucet was turned off after turning the water back on. Our customer signed a credit application to apply for a loan for the project she ordered. Two of our credit companies for this home improvement project did not find sufficient credit history to grant the loan and sent letters to the customer informing them of their decision. The customers home required trenching in the yard for the installation of the equipment ordered. After the trench was buried the grass that was removed and replaced died. As stated by the customer we repaired the grass by hiring a local Gardner who replaced the dead grass with fresh sod. The customer requested that we take back our equipment. We agreed to take back our equipment but the customer would be responsible for the labor and parts that were not returnable. After diligent work to ensure we have been fair and partial to the client we have since earned our customers satisfaction and she has decided to allow us to continue to serve her as part of our Aqua Pro Family. We always try to get it right the first time. When we don't we continue to work until we do get it right. Thank you for giving us that opportunity to get it right.
