Aqua-Pro did not clean the pool and, in fact, left it full of leaves and branches, which they covered over with the pool cover. As a result, the spring opening process took twice as long causing me to incur double charges from another pool service company to open and clean the pool. Several attempts at reconciling the matter with Aqua-Pro have only resulted in non-productive profanity from Lisa, the owner.

Message to Revdex.com-I believe that Aqua-Pro pools is a fraudulent, front company. They collected over $2000 from me and never once performed a service.

On
June 13th Mr. [redacted], who was a customer of ours the
previous year, called and asked us to open his swimming pool.
We
send out service agreements to all of our customers in February of
each year. Mr. [redacted] never returned his service agreement, so we
did not expect to service his pool this season. When he called well
into the season to request service, we sent him a service agreement
and asked him to sign it and leave it in the pool cabana with a
deposit.
Mr.
[redacted] statement that the technician didn't show up aren't true.
In fact, our technician went to Mr. [redacted] home three times. Each
time the service agreement and the deposit were not in the cabana, as
agreed they would be. Mr. [redacted] was notified by email and
repeatedly said that the service agreement and deposit were in the
cabana.
On
the third attempt to collect the service agreement and deposit the
technician opened the pool in good faith, as Mr. [redacted] had been
our customer last year. After getting his pool opened, Mr. [redacted]
made the false accusation that our technician had never been there and that he tore up the service agreement and deposit check and
called another company.
We
will stop collection on this invoice in order to resolve this
dispute. The invoice was not sent in error as the service was
performed as he requested.
It
should also be noted that in nearly 40 years in business this is the
only Revdex.com complaint we have ever received.

Review: Aqua-Pro pools promised to come out to service my pool on three specific dates and never showed up for one of them. We had no written contract. They then proceeded to send me an invoice for work performed on a fourth, unscheduled date, that was not performed. I have a text voice mail from their workman saying that he was at my house at a specific date and time to perform a pool opening. During that time there were 5 people in the house and yard and no one saw him. Furthermore, after he said he was there I inspected the pool and it was clear that no work was done. I emailed them and told them I was engaging another service. They then proceeded to invoice me for the work that was not performed and two weeks later, without a call or email to settle the issue, put the invoice into collections.Desired Settlement: Acknowledgement of invoice error, removal of collections process.
