Review: bought it through ebay
on firs use nottce that that when it went to climb the pool wall it did for 6 inches then fell on its back and stayed there and I had to flip it with a poll and I had to do this again and again. also, the cord kept tangling with each cycle.
I contacted the seller who asked to contact the manufacturer, I posted on amazon, I registered with the company and made them aware of the situation and I was never contacted.Desired Settlement: make a better product

Review: Purchased 5/25/13. Came with a two year warranty.Worked great the first year. Filed a claim 6/1/14 - Sent back 6/11/14sent back 6/17/14 - new pump motor. still doesn't work)6/21/14 - sending me new power supply. received around 6/26/14still doesn't work.6/27/14 - 6/28/14 sent back to them again.7/11/14 UPS lost package - 7/12/14 UPS fund package. received around 7/14/14 Still not working7/18/14 [redacted] said sending me new vacuum. received new vacuum, in anew box. the problem is you are supposed to be able to adjust the suction ends, and I cannot do that with this unit (even though the instructions tell you that you can). This unit is not working either. I have not contacted them again, because of all the aggravation that I had the first three times. I pad over $300.00 for this unit and I don't understand how a company that is supposed to be a leader does not take care of their consumers.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to get my money back, so I can purchase a new vacuum from a different company that will work the way it is supposed to work.
