This is without a doubt the worse business I have ever dealt with. Horrible service, replaced items that didn’t need replacing, and attempted to overcharge without providing an itemized list of expenses, all without permission. In addition, repairs were done extremely poorly to the effect that the system is now worse off then before the service call. Very rude and unethical. Left us without water during the evening hours (we had to get a hotel) even though we asked them to service the system during the day when no one was home. It was a 30 minute job, but they took 3 hours and charged $1600. Other businesses estimated less than $100

ZERO STARS: I scheduled a service call for my acid neutralizer and bought salt. When the service tech was done he handed me a bill that included a $95 charge for changing gates on my water softener. I was never asked if I wanted it done and if I had been asked I would have told them "NO Thank-you. The service tech told me that the company owner Tara told him to do it as they had not been changed in 5 years. . I called the owner to complain about doing something without approval and that I was going to stop payment on the check. I told her if she had asked me I would have definitely told her to hold off till a time where I had money for preventive maintenance. She told me- "then why didn't you tell the service man to put back the '*** gates?", I told her I never want her company back in my home.
