This company took in my Jeep Rubicon Wrangler, that was having ignition issues, I even explained the part that even the manufacturer told me needed to be replaced (Ignition Actuator and Pin assembly) was probably the issue but, I am not a mechanic and that's why I brought I brought it to a repair shopThe technician used the wrong key on it from another vehicle and thought that the key tumbler was bad and proceeded to drill out my good tumbler, breaking the steering column collar in the process, and breaking my key FOB as wellThen they called a blacksmith to "re-key" the tumbler charged me for everything, after waiting hours for them to bring my jeep right back to the way I brought it in there atThey refused to take my debit card as a form of payment and forced me to withdraw money from his gas station ATM with fees (since I had no way of getting to another) or give me a receipt and held my Jeep hostage in the repair bay after obviously breaking it more and not even repairi
