Bad estimate
They seem to be professional and pretty easy to set up, but upon accepting their quote I received a call from Micheal their sales rep, he immediately started the conversation with "I know you don't know how to read our quotes, but I missed the fog heads on the raisers and it's $562.00 more than we have in the quote so we can't do it for that price anymore." I actually called him before accepting the quote to make sure he had them putting my pavers and landscaping back to the way it was found. He's exact words were "oh yeah this estimate is golden". Which was cheesy, but he's a sales guy so I over looked it. I get that things get missed so I called his regional guy and ask if they could meet me in the middle or even move us up on the schedule if we just agreed to pay the extra, he informed that Micheal must have had a bad day with our bid because he also missed a $260 control panel item. So with my bad bid experience with this company is that you should be ready for a bait and switch once the job gets moving. The quote they gave me was $6,000.00 and the 4 other quotes I received were around 5k. I was going to go with them because of the pentair name and that was all before the extra charges they tried to rack up. I am not sure why pentair would put their name with a company doing business this way. If they can't stand behind their quotes I would not expect them to stand behind their work. Be carful dealing with them, I am sure they get a fair amount of change orders once they arrive onsite. I am also going to report this experience to the ROC so that other consumers don't run into this problem. Try Senor Mist for a quote. That's most likely who will be doing my work.

This was a great experience. We had quotes from several misting companies. There was less than $500 between any of the quotes. Aqua was the highest, but they offered the better system. Their turnaround was quicker using license plumbers to install. They are not a one stop shop. We have put the misting system thru it’s paces this summer. My patio is comfortable day or night. We can enjoy our backyard all summer long.

When we inquired about Aqua Science product we heard back within a few hours and their was a tech out the next day to give us a quote which we had back with a few hours. When we decided to go with them, they came within a week, and was done in 6 hours. Great service, great product and we are extremely happy with our misting system.

I have a reverse osmosis rental system from Aqua Science that I have had for several years My monthly payment of $is supposed to be drafted automatically from my bank account On a couple of occasions, I noticed that my payment had not drafted from my account (the first time for over three months with no notice from the company) As a customer, I have had to contact them to make sure they are taking the payment out as scheduled because there has been no one overseeing this department At the beginning of the year, I updated my debit card information, and they failed to update it in their system Once I noticed that my payment was not being taken out once again, I contacted them and was given a list of invoices to be paid Typically, if a payment due to a company is missed, they will notify you in writing or by phone and ask for payment when it goes days past due This company never sent me any such notice, not by email, US mail, or by phone I didn't want to change

We have a Reverse Osmosis system for household use and is being maintained and serviced by Aqua Science, Tempe for the last few yearsAfter slightly over a month of the last servicing on 12-12-2015, we found a leakage of water coming out of the filter system and dripping into the bottom of cabinet (wood-like material)The leakage was undetected and thus happening within about 3-weeks of the last servicingWhen I called Aqua Science to have someone look at it, they responded that it is beyond 30-days of servicing date and they would charge me $+ material fee if someone comes to see itI then asked them to let me talk with the technician who did the recent servicingThey wouldn't let me due to a "liability" concernI fail to understand if just talking with a technician is a "liability" concern whereas the leakage causing damage to the cabinet is not! I want them to come and fix the issue at no cost to meThank you for your help

The Grundfos circulation pump failed on my solar hot water heater system failedAqua Science installed the pump on October 1, after a previous pump, another brand, failedAqua Science installed the new pump, Grundfos brand, to replace the previous Taco brand, which had failed and been replaced twiceThe new Grundfos brand was warrantied for three years from the date of manufactureThe pump failed and Aqua Science was called to perform serviceThe Technician arrived on Friday, May 11, as scheduledHowever, after almost an hour of diagnosis the technician, who agreed the pimp was totally failed, could not decipher the "Date of Manufacture" as determined by a code stamped on the label of the failed pumpThus, Aqua Science would not replace the pump under warranty because the Date of Manufacture was not obvious from the code on the labelSo, the technician from Aqua Science departed without replacing the pumpSubsequent to his departure I was able to contact the pump manufac

Aqua Science has maintained our RO unit since Their service to us has been excellent When we began researching soft water systems for our area, we pretty quickly realized that Aqua Science was a major installer Their sales staff was knowledgable and helped us select the appropriate equipment to best meet our needs Their installation crew was friendly, professional, and obviously well trained When the installation was almost complete they began to systemically review their work And yes, they did make changes that in our opinion changed an installation from good to excellent

This company came out and installed a solar heater on my pool slightly less than years ago It is now nonfunctional Multiple attempts were made to contact the company and they failed to return several phone calls Were finally able to get hold of the company and they are only willing to come out and look at the system for a $travel fee They were more than happy to come out and installed the system intake payment then, but now with a nonfunctional system they're not willing to reevaluate and assess the problem without an exorbitant fee The company has been very difficult to discuss this with as multiple phone calls were not returned after they had stated they would get back with us The last statement was they would have to email on her of the company and see if anything else could be done After that they came back with a daughter travel fee although in further discussions that is their standard fee
