Aqua Sense, L L C

Review: Heater unit on one of two Aquasense Water Systems went out in May. Called late May, early June for repairs. Took several weeks (end of June) before someone turned up to check on the unit. We were told it was a faulty heating unit and it was backordered. It is now more than 2 months later and we have had no response to emails, voicemails or to calls with TimePayment - a service they use for billing. This is not the first problem we've had with getting prompt service.Desired Settlement: Fix or replace the unit or come and get both units and cancel the contract. We have informed them via email and voicemail as well as TimePayment that we will no longer pay any invoices until this matter is resolved.
