I'm not sure when this report was filed but when I spoke to Mr*** on 6/1/he told me to have the repaired system reinstalled the week of 6/When I called Mr*** on 6/to schedule a convenient time for him to do the work he
informed me that he would be out of town the remainder of the weekHe chose the morning of 6/to have the work completedHe was very pleasant on the phone
