I own a houseboat filtration system from Aqua Sun. I've been trying to get replacement filters for about three months. I've sent emails and left phone messages with no response. [redacted] was very fast and friendly in answering calls and mails. He made the cashing of the check for $ 18,520.00 issued from my account at Bank [redacted]. Since that day he has not been answered, but answers and asks payments to new customers because I used other directions to see if he still is using the same mail and definitely yes. The company Aqua Sun International will not answer my calls or emails and I want my money back. Mr. [redacted], the President, was insistent and fast to collect the money but disappeared immediately. people interested in these products should be careful and I'm thinking about starting, if the complaint has no results, legal actions to recover my money and the value of the compensation for losses and damages it has caused me. I have all the documentation for that. I purchased the Outpost S12-4 Water Treatment System from Aqua Sun International on August 1, 2014. The owner [redacted] requested for full payment up front which was wired to him in the amount of $7685.00 from me in the [redacted]. He promised a turn around completion in 5 weeks. After 9 weeks and still no word on the completion of the unit I started to contact Aqua Sun for an update. On October 25, 2014, [redacted] advised via email that he was canceling our order and would refund our money. Despite repeated attempts to get a hold of the company via Phone and email, which they have been ignoring, we still have not received any refund from them. Please note that this was not my first order with this company. I have dealt with them in the past and only had minor issues with turn around time. The fact that they will not return my hard earned money to me is appalling and I cannot believe a company that has been in the business for over 20 years would stoop so low and act so unprofessionally.
