You owe for the last month of serviceYou told us to finish the month so you need to pay for itOur accounting is accurate and can only become confusing when you do not pay on time

Aqua System Pool and Spa 204 Main Street, Suite 4096 Newport Beach, CA 92661...

... Tuesday, April 21, 2015 Revdex.com Serving San Diego, Orange Counties 4747 Viewridge Ave #200 San Diego, CA 92123-1688 Phone: 858-637-6199 Fax: 858-496-2141 www.sandiego.Revdex.com.org   Dear Representative of Revdex.com: Aqua System pool and Spa has repeatedly responded to [redacted]. We have tried to resolve this situation several times. The service that was performed was a heater install for the purchase price. $400 heater install $70 monthly service for one month The amount paid was $470.00 (COPIES OF THE TWO PROCESSED CHECKS ENCLOSED) More services were done, a valve was put in, and an extra month of service. They refused to pay these. Upon heater installation the repair was completed and paid for. The consumer was billed and paid for the heater install and one month of service. The total $470.00. Two other charges remain outstanding. Monthly pool cleaning service with an Aqua System Pool sweep is a separate service cost. The pool sweep is a part of our maintenance service, they are “never” sold to the consumer from us, nor are they ever given away. We have a very good standing with our distribution companies and do not change our policies regarding this. This is made completely clear on the initial visit. The pool sweep was placed in the pool for cleaning, but the consumer was told to put water in the pool for proper movement of the pool sweep. If the consumer claims that 3/1/2015 there was a purchase of a pool sweep, it is invalid information, we do not sell swimming pool sweeps. Swimming pool retailers sell swimming pool sweeps to customers, we do not. The consumer was told repeatedly that the waterline was way too low for proper functioning of water flow.  The water could not be filtered. The consumer refused to fill the pool and water was continuing to be lost, leading to our analysis that the consumer previously knew water was being lost and refused to take care of the problem. These are not overnight issues. We then notified the consumer that she needed leak detection to detect where the leak was: she was losing approximately 2 inches a day of water where normal evaporation is 2 inches in a 7 day period. She was also notified that she needed to fix the leak in the pool to stop the water loss. Without the leak fixed the pool would not function or filtrate properly. We continuously tried to discuss this with this consumer and the pool was not filled with water. At this point the consumer asked us to not discuss anything with the tenant that was occupying the home. Therefor placing us in the middle of a dishonest Landlord situation with their tenant. Our consumer then placed the responsibility of filling the pool with water on the tenant. The tenant refused to fill the pool because of the amount of water loss and costs associated with replenishing the water daily. At this point we pulled our sweep out of the pool and continued to contact the customer and tell them cleaning and maintenance does not work on a pool that the water is kept below the filter line and continuously losing water.  By 3/6/2015 this consumer was upset because we could not help the problem that the pool was losing water and they refused to fill it up. Our company tries to be utmost transparent in all situations and have integrity. We have continuously contacted this consumer with the most accurate information and found ourselves in between tenant and landlord. This consumer still has two unpaid invoices. The information that was given for costs of services and what they paid is inaccurate. Their word as stated in your letter is also inaccurate. Outstanding charges for repairs as of date. Today this same consumer called and wanted us to come back out to the property to check another issue out that they were having, even after reporting this issue to you. We informed them that there is a leak and not enough water in the pool that we cannot help this situation. The consumer hung up on us. We have done everything to accommodate this consumer but there is nothing we can do at this point. Best regards, [redacted] Aqua System Pool and Spa

This is really stupid. What a waist of time.

Regards,
[redacted]  My response stands.  I disagree with there comments.  I have paid the bill so as to avoid any further threats from the company.

Review: I contracted them to service my pool and to install a heater and to complete all units to operate at [redacted]

They promised to give me a sweeper for the service contract.

They have not complete the pool. Pool was never cleaned to our satisfaction. they will not return. Do not anwser calls. Refuse to clean pool manually.Desired Settlement: Return sweeper given to us. Return sweeper that was assigned and they removed it from property. We wanted to continue service. They refused to continue.
