I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Our water is still not clear and has a bad odorThe water coming into the house is not clear and has shale pieces and debris in itWe are still removing shale from our hot water heaterThe filter system has helped but it has not in any way resolved the matterIt has not fixed the problemOur water is still worse now then it has ever been in the years that I have lived thereWe have spoken to other well companies about this matter and they have stated that the well pump needs to be pulled up to be inspected for damageWe also don't know if all the shale and debris have damaged our pressure tank and water heater as wellI again am asking for their insurance information to file a claim for any and all damage this has causedAnything short of that, is not acceptableIf we do not receive their insurance information, we will seek further legal action Regards, [redacted]
