We purchased a new home on 5/6/ The home came with a one year guarantee We had the three month and eleven month walk through as required All problems were fixed within the first year except for extensive cracking of the grout around the gas fireplace They sent a service person to repair and he did not have the right color grout We have called both the project manager, Gary H [redacted] and the business office once a month since then and most of the call were not returned or repairs were promised but not made We sent a letter on October 27th informing them that we would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com if the repairs were not made by November 15th We have not heard from them.s

This is a complaint that *** Homes had a breach of contract in a new home that it built for my wife and me in 2002, but was hidden until I repeatedly called *** Homes and left messages for *** *** over a week period in to discuss the matter, however, *** would not return my calls or a schedule a time to discuss I incurred a $expense to fix the problem Therefore, I’m filing this complaint The circumstances are summarized below
In while we were building a new home with *** Homes, *** *** informed us that the roofing shingles were *** Organic shingles We were very leery of using an “organic” product on the roof and consequently on March 5, approved an upgrade to Elk Prestique II year shingles We paid *** Homes $for the upgrade
In 2016, the shingles on our roof caps were curling I contacted *** Homes and they indicated the shingle manufacturer and the installer (BCI) would be responsible I contacted
