Review: In August 2012, [redacted] performed work on the pavers in our backyard. He powerwashed, re-sanded, and sealed the pavers. The contract stated that there is a "2 year warranty on all work performed." After a few months, we noticed that some areas of the pavers began to turn white and discolored. We contacted him and he stated that they needed to be "rejuvinated." He advised that it would be better to do this in the spring and to follow-up with him in the spring. We followed-up with him in April 2013, and since has offered excuses as to why he can't come and the work to fix the pavers (from not having the supplies, to stuck on other jobs, to problems with his dogs). Now, at the end of July, after leaving numerous voice-mails, he has stopped returning our calls.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like [redacted] to come by and finish the work that he is contractually obligated to perform, until we are satisfied. The amount of work is minimally (maybe a 15-20 minute job).If not, he should refund my money so that I can hire someone else to finish what needs to be done.

Review: ^-6-*-14 Contracted Aqua Tech (Wayne Morris) to powerwash
driverway & reseal back patio walk. Gave a deposit of $400.
Completed the job on 6-**-14 gave him an additional $800.
Two weeks later called [redacted] to complain about sand stuck
on top of pavers. He came & checked & confirmed problem. I have
made many calls to him to no avail. It is know (9-**-14.) I would like
the problem solved.
