[redacted] from the company contacted the Revdex.com and informed us that the customers furnace is going to be switched out on Tuesday

We did speak to *** *** about the flashingShe had emailed us a picture and from the picture it did not appear that there was any issue with the flashingWe sent a mason up to her home on 11/4/to repair the flashingThere is not an issue with her flashingHowever, we sealed the flashing
on both chimneys to give her peace of mindThere was actually a hole in her house behind one of her gutters which had nothing to do with our repair, which was allowing sunlight into her atticWe repaired the gap for her while we were thereWe also provided the customer with a gift card for her next cleaning and apologized for not getting back there soonerI believe that the customer is happy and feels that the issue has been resolved at this time
