For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is sad to see that a company that considers themself to be professional, would lie. No other estimates were offered to us. One employee, *** *., offered a free soil treatment for the White Pine and apologized for the tree being cut incorrectly and taken up too high. Also I strongly believe my original letter never made it to the owner, for the simple fact that on June 3, 2015, *** called my fiance and stated that she received the "novel" we submitted to the Revdex.comOnce again, *** continues to shows that she is tacky and unprofessional. Makes you question who people hire to represent their company. We were never contacted by the owner. As far as meeting with someone from the company, I met *** *a few days after my initial complaint to the company. My fiance met with Jason a few days after my meeting with *** and I cancelled an appointment with Strobert after dealing with *** and being informed that the company would not adjust the price or admit that they butchered my White Pine. Not once (outside of ***) did the company ever acknowledge that they butchered my tree*** is constantly trying to sweep their error under the rug, expects us to just accept what they have done and assumes they should get paid full price for butchering my White Pine, incomplete work and debris on my property and in another tree on my property. When we asked about reducing the price, *** stated in a nasty tone, "that's not gonna happen". My tree has been butchered, the curbside appearance of my property has been negatively affected, I have debris on my property and in a tree on my property and the tree in tree in the back yard is still hanging over my deck and roof. The company can not seriously think I am going to pay full price for lousy service, incomplete work and the mess left on my property

Strobert Tree Services would like to address that this situation was resolved with paying the customer for our portion of sealing the driveway in the agreed amount of $375.00  We have corresponded with the customer the whole time with phone and email conversations.  These conversations...

were between our operations manager and the president. We were awaiting a response from [redacted] since August 24, 2017 as to where to mail the check.  Mr. [redacted] sent us in writing through an email on August 29, 2017 to have the check written out in his wife's name: [redacted] and mailed to their Havertown, PA address.  Check number 18333 in the amount of $375.00  written out to [redacted] was mailed out of our office on August 29, 2019.  We would like to have this complaint removed from our record please. If there is anything else that you need from us, including the copies of emails, please let me know and I will get what you need.   Thank you. [redacted]
