Derek is the owner of this company. His customer service is excellent. He picks up the phone every time and/or replies to my texts. Any issue I had Derek promptly answered my question(s) and fixed one problem I had. His plumber found that the builders had the shower pipes installed incorrectly. The plumber went to Home Depot and bought the extra parts and corrected the problem with no hesitation. I had this shower built for my 88 mother. Derek designed it exactly like the picture I picked. I ran into a problem once my mother started using the shower. She needed a lower shower head due to shoulder restriction and weakened hands. I realized then I had to modify the shower head. Derek ordered the part needed and in two days he was there installing it for her. Exceptional customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality work.

I recently purchased a walk-in bath tub from Derek R[redacted] representing Aqua Therapy Tubs in [redacted]. After a few minor adjustments to the tub, it is performing well and we are very pleased with it. The excellent service AFTER the sale was most impressive. After only one call made directly to Derek ( no recorded telephone jungle) and the few minor problems with the tub and water heater were promptly and courteously corrected.
