Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: everything that they changed came back damaged multiple times and trying too turn it around so it's my fault is par for this company after reading comments they try to turn the blame on the customer that's what they do To follow up after a month of back and forth with them I'm still receiving wrong pieces I dropped off a door for a sink base and I got a a door for a 30" cabinet.I'm still owed other pieces and as far as replacing at no extra price I've paid in full and been without a kitchen for months because of the constant wrong orders or just forgetting to order everything on time the first time Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  everything that they changed came back damaged multiple times and trying too turn it around so it's my fault is par for this company after reading comments they try to turn the blame on the customer that's what they do.  To follow up after a month of back and forth with them I'm still receiving wrong pieces I dropped off a door for a sink base 36 and I got a a door for a 30" cabinet.I'm still owed other pieces and as far as replacing at no extra price I've paid in full and been without a kitchen for 2 months because of the constant wrong orders or just forgetting to order everything on time the first time

Review: Aqua sold me cabinets when I got themI had to pay in full $6000.00 when I got them half were damaged I had too send them back they informed me there were not custom cabinets

And I told them I would not take damaged cabinets than they started ordering wrong pieces and holding back pieces as of today 6/16/15 they owe me 8ft. Of crown molding 2 doors 2 blank doors and they informed me they no longer want to do business with meDesired Settlement: Get my cabinet order finished and install my granite

Review: On April 2,2014 I made a contract with Aqua tile for the installation of a granite kitchen counter top.The measurements take by a professional contractor friend of mine 20 square feet .The amount agree upon was $1150 I had to pay $575 the day the template was made and the rest on installation The following day aqua tile called me stating my measurement were wrong it was 28 feet square and not 20 feet(how can that be possible ?)and the price was up to $1,390 ($240 more)I complained about the difference but they refused settledSince I had given the deposit and taken apart my old counter topI had no other choice but to pay their amountI am asking for the fair refund of $240 that a was overchargedDesired Settlement: I am asking for the fair refund of $240 that I was overcharged

Review: I was threatened by one of the employees at this establishment. They are aggressive men who run the place and one of the guys there started abusing me and threatening me when I called to ask them a question about the installation.Desired Settlement: They need to finish what we paid for and apologize for being abusive and threatening.
