I purchased the Aqua Vault product and was not satisfied with quality. The produce has a moldy smell. The produce has a 100% money back guarantee. I have 30 days to contact the company and have done so. No one has returned my email. I have called. You only get voice mail. The company promises to return your call within 24 to 48 hours. This is not so. I don't know what to do.
I cannot return the unused product without the authorization number yet the company is not responding

Refund I wish the company to issue me a return authorization number they require so I can make the return and have my money returned (minus the 20% stocking fee they charge) My order # is GUXXXXX-FS
On Decemeber 16th, 2018, at 12:01 am, the customer *** emailed us asking for a return authorization number as she stated that she wanted to move forward with a return because the package was not what she thought it was going to be. Her order is placed under the name *** for the record.
On December 20th, 2018 at 5:27 pm we responded via email with the exact instructions for a return which included the RMA number as well as the address to ship the package to. Furthermore, we did not ask for any reasons or cause for the return and simply stated that we are very sorry for the inconvenience and would be happy to process a full refund. In addition, we did not mention anything regarding a restocking fee and were prepared to provide a full refund as per the customer's request. After we sent that email, we never heard back from the customer via any form of communication. If need be, we have email correspondence to prove that what we are stating above is 100% factual with zero deviation from the truth. In conclusion, we stand by our offer and will honor a full refund if the customer decides they want to send back the product(s). We will require a tracking number for the return package as proof that the package was indeed sent. We will await your response and thank you in advance.
I purchased 2 Flex Safes. The item never arrived. I requested a refund from PayPal, however
AQUA VAULT LLC sent a tracking number with a mistaken "delivered" status. False delivery statuses are rare but do happen for many reasons: a package is sometimes left outside the doorstep and get stolen, package is returned to sender via the cheapest means of delivery which can take months by sea, etc.
I declare that the package never arrived. There is no "local post office" at the destination location and UPS asked that the shipper (AQUA VAULT LLC) will initiate an investigation. I can not do anything further.

Refund I demand a full refund
As the customer stated, we issued a full refund via paypal to the customer. The FlexSafes were sent and delivered to the the customer as per the tracking number. In any event, we still provided a full refund because the customer claims to have not received them. As of now, there is nothing else we can do as we are not able to retrieve the package and we have completely refunded the customer. We believe we did everything we should have done and the customer should be satisfied with their full refund.
