Gus, a partner of MrSteve S***, arrived to my home today without noticeI observed that Gus took it upon himself without any approval from me or my wife, to come to my home and start a job that had yet been scheduledAlso to fill his water tank from my water hose without my consentif I would not have been home, Gus, would have caused severe water damage to my homeI don't normally file a complaint about a company, I just chalk it up to a lesson learnedHowever, I have requested a copy of his insurance and have yet to hear from him backI have tried to contact MrS***, and for some reason now he does not pick up his phone I recommend caution when dealing with this company
